Pylotro fails to load osx 10.8.2 CX11.2

Hi, I just recently reloaded DDO to play a little and in trying to run pylotro to start it im getting no where. Basicly I open pylotro and the icon appears in the dock waits about a second and then just closes, no error, nothing. Any help would be appreciated
