PyLotRO Tips

HOW-TO: Setup PyLotRO for Patching

When you first run PyLotRO you will see the following:
Initialising, please wait...
[E01] Error loading settings
[E13] Game Directory not found
[E02] No language files found.
Go through these steps:
  1. in CrossOver Games (CXG), goto Programs>PyLotRO and select 'PyLotRO' from the pulldown menus
  2. in PyLotRO, goto Tools>Settings Wizard and press the 'Find Games' button (it will auto detect the installed path) then press 'Apply'
  3. you should see the server news appear
  4. now goto Tools>Patch and select 'Start'
  5. wait a long time (it can take hours depending on your connection
  6. 'Exit' when it's *** Finished ***
  7. Login and play
