PyLotRO Tips

PyLotRO and Dungeons & Dragons Online

The only issue you may have with using PyLotRO with Dungeon & Dragons Online is getting a suitable version of patchclient.dll, you need a copy from Lord of the Rings Online (a suitable version is available here you will need to rename the dll file to something other than patchclient.dll (the first thing the patching process does is update that file), place it in your game directory and use the advanced options part of the settings window to tell PyLotRO what you have called the file).

Configuration is easy, use the configuration wizard select Dungeons & Dragons Online (or DDO Test - there are two "slots" so you can have two versions of the game, for example normal and the test server version) and your game directory should be found.

For DDO specific questions please see here
